Type & Image Sequence Spread
For this project, I had to choose an object to use in a type and image sequence; a spread. I chose to design a katana while following John F. Pile's Design: Purpose, Form, Meaning. Basically taking an object and constructing it piece by piece from start to finish.
Process
First, I began sketching with keeping multiple objects in mind, then ultimately choosing to design a katana. I did a sketch of the entire scroll before going into InDesign.
